📋 Description

• As a Vertical Fixed Account Manager (m/f/d), you sell consulting-intensive fixed network, UCC, cloud and security products — including the Microsoft portfolio — by selling individual product components to business customers within your assigned accounts. • You provide comprehensive account coverage for clients in the finance and insurance sectors, working in collaboration with the assigned Key Account Manager / International Account Manager / Global Account Manager. • You contribute to developing tailored account plans by assessing the customer potential relevant to solution business. • You analyze your customers and qualify contacts by identifying and acquiring new customer potential, exploiting existing customer potential, and reducing churn. • You conduct comprehensive, end-to-end needs analyses, including detailed process cost and profitability analyses at the customer site. • You support customers in analyzing requirements and in finding solutions, jointly developing customer-oriented solutions with them. • You represent the department in internal committees and with partners to align and implement process changes. • You advise customers holistically with a 360° view of their business context and individual requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably a Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant fields. • At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management for multinational companies, preferably in solution sales in the Fixed Network and/or Network Security areas. • Good communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 — ideally negotiation level C1/C2). • Experience in identifying customer requirements and developing creative, innovative, customer-centric solutions in an international context. • Good understanding of IT and telecom infrastructure and environments and their impact on customers’ core business. • Ideally, industry knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the Finance & Insurance sector. • Knowledge of the development and operation of national and international voice and data applications, preferably with a technical sales background.
