📋 Description

• Perform installations of equipment and systems at client sites following established technical procedures and guidelines; • Configure and parameterize equipment according to client needs and requirements; • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Voke equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues; • Diagnose failures in equipment or systems using appropriate tools and measurement instruments; • Replace defective parts and components following established procedures and technical specifications; • Conduct tests and operational checks after installations or repairs to ensure correct equipment performance; • Provide on-site technical support to users, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on the proper use of equipment; • Document all activities performed, including service reports, maintenance records, and updated technical documentation; • Receive, record, act on, update, monitor, and close calls and tickets using the ITSM tool; • Handle tickets according to the priority, impact, and categories defined in the provided Service Catalog; • Provide support within the scope of this Service Catalog according to user needs and the level of difficulty in the IT (microcomputing) domain; • Escalate incidents to Level 3 Support or other resolver groups as needed; • Keep users informed of all actions related to the resolution of their incident or request and communicate status and next steps; • Participate in meetings to align on tickets approaching SLA deadlines or to discuss other proposed topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical course in Informatics, Electronics, Information Technology, Hardware Maintenance, or Software; • Higher education in progress or completed in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Hardware/Software Maintenance; • Experience in microcomputer hardware maintenance at the configuration level, including basic software and office automation applications; • Basic knowledge of wired and wireless computer networks and the TCP/IP protocol; • Basic knowledge of Windows Server family operating systems; experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite; • Ability to replace consumables and maintenance kits in general IT equipment; • ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification (desirable); • Certificate of completion for a course in assembly and configuration of microcomputers (minimum 20 hours).
