• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued use of SpecTec solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely responses. • Maximize the potential of existing strategic partnerships and create new ones. • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling SpecTec’s software solutions. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime industry. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. • Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities, manage customer information, and ensure data accuracy. • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. • Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• 4+ years’ experience in SaaS sales, account management, or business development • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms • A driven, results-focused attitude with a track record of meeting sales targets • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment • (Bonus) Experience in the maritime sector and familiarity with industry standards.
