📋 Description

• Source exceptional candidates across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and other international markets. • Recruit for both technical and non-technical positions. • Build proactive talent pipelines before hiring needs arise. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, GitHub, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing techniques. • Conduct virtual screening interviews. • Evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit. • Identify potential concerns before presenting candidates. • Prepare professional candidate packages that include: Screening summaries, Candidate strengths, Potential risks or development areas, Written hiring recommendations, Reference information (when applicable). • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. • Adjust sourcing strategies based on market conditions. • Provide market intelligence on talent availability. • Continuously improve sourcing methodologies and recruiting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience. • Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets. • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Confidence conducting virtual interviews. • A curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
