• Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for U.S. and global roles (technical and non-technical) • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Prepare and submit comprehensive candidate packages, including: • - Screening notes • - Reference checks (if applicable) • - Written recommendation explaining candidate fit • Build and maintain global talent pipelines • Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies • Stay informed on regional hiring trends and market challenges • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Proven experience in global and U.S. talent sourcing • Ability to adapt sourcing strategies across different markets • Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical roles • Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards) • Confidence conducting virtual interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
