📋 Description

• First point of contact for customers and dealers on all questions related to leasing contracts during service hours — including comprehensive onboarding and skills development • Handling all steps from the lease application to vehicle return within a team-based organization • Coordinating cross-functional topics and working closely with the relevant sales departments • Contributing to automations, bots and AI solutions that support daily operations, and providing subject-matter guidance for technical development • Actively shaping the rollout of the new contract management system "Miles" — the future included! • Openness to innovative ways of working and active use of digital communication channels to successfully evolve our business model • Pioneering new approaches and acting as a multiplier for colleagues — sharing knowledge, supporting team members and driving innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Financial Services, Business Law, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study — or a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., bank clerk, insurance and finance clerk, automotive clerk) with relevant further training or professional experience in the financial sector • Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility — you drive topics independently, take initiative and are a reliable partner in collaboration • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Customer focus as a core value — not just a buzzword but part of your DNA • Ideally: experience in the leasing sector • Process-oriented thinking and enjoyment in efficient, high-quality execution • Openness to digital tools and modern communication channels, particularly AI-supported systems
