📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business operations • Develop and grow your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines • Planning of in-store/shop activities • Efficient and effective personnel planning • Analysis of the store’s business and financial performance • Active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business vocational training • Relevant experience in textile/fashion retail • Ideally experience in store management • A flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
