📋 Description

• Support international IT and business projects while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and delivery • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams • Organize meetings and workshops • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes • Support day-to-day project activities • Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and reporting • Turn ideas and requirements into actionable outcomes • Coordinate assigned tasks and smaller project workstreams • Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery • Learn and grow in Agile and traditional project environments with guidance from experienced project professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of German at the level of min. C1 • Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, with willingness to learn working with data • Strong customer focus, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach in everyday tasks • Good communication and teamwork skills, with growing ability to work independently • Basic experience or familiarity with project work in agile or classic environments • Flexibility, openness to new topics, and a positive, open-minded attitude • Readiness for business travels
