📋 Description

• You will interface directly with potential customers, explaining the benefits of our products. • You will meet real people, solve real problems and help customers transform how they live and work in their communities. • You will be working outdoors, staying away from home 1-2 nights per week. • With our bundled packages, you will help customers choose the right package (alongside broadband, we offer WiFi mesh, VoIP phone and security products).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in a business to consumer environment. • Knowledge of sales techniques within the sales cycle and how to mitigate and overcome pushbacks. • Able to engage with customers from different areas, researching specific area knowledge and traits to communicate with them effectively and easily, both in verbal and written format. • Strong customer experience skills to build rapport and follow up with any queries in a confident customer focussed manner. • Knowledgeable in using a CRM is desirable.
