📋 Description

• Mapping and qualifying opportunities within the innovation ecosystem (startups, research and technology centers (ICTs), technology partners), focusing on alignment with the platform's real needs • Structuring business cases, evaluating external solutions, partners, and technologies • Leading hypothesis-validation projects through proofs of concept and prototyping • Participating in the discoveries of our product pipeline, contributing an ecosystem perspective and external acceleration opportunities • Direct collaboration with our Product Managers and Forward Engineers/Customer Success, contributing to applications in our B2E product pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Building business cases and evaluating external solutions with a focus on build vs. buy decisions • Use of Service Design and Discovery methodologies (Service Blueprint, Jobs-to-be-Done, Value Proposition Design, or equivalents) • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to structure and present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Regular use and proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate analysis, information synthesis, and structuring of cases/prototypes (Builder profile) • Use of prototyping, mapping, and facilitation tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar)
