📋 Description

• We support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a company. • Accordingly, from day one you will have direct contact with clients and gain first‑hand experience of the different phases of a company’s development. • This includes preparing, structuring and negotiating company formations; • Structuring and negotiating agreements for various financing rounds, either for startups or for venture capital investors; • Preparing, structuring, and negotiating agreements in the sale of companies; • You will have a direct influence on startup culture by structuring and negotiating employee equity participation plans. • As the primary point of contact for founders and investors, you are responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on complex decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Second State Examination in Law (Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen) or an equivalent qualification; • At least 4 years of professional experience in M&A, corporate law, or venture capital / private equity; • Strong topical interest; • High degree of independence and personal responsibility; • Open-mindedness, strong communication skills and diplomatic tact; • Business‑fluent German and English.
