📋 Description

• Relationship building & account maintenance • Build and maintain close relationships with bank advisory teams and key contacts within our partner banks • Regular communication with partner banks, including clear alignment on goals, activities and next steps • On-site support for bank advisors and active presence at key meetings • Support with challenges or escalations on the bank side and collaborative problem solving • Coordination of data and information exchange between banks and internal teams • Proactively develop existing partnerships and identify new opportunities within the customer base • Coordinate and support advisor invitations and customer outreach together with our partner banks • Develop and execute campaigns together with partner banks and our marketing team, e.g., newsletters, mailings or initiatives via website, online banking and social media • Ensure bank advisors always have up-to-date materials and relevant information • Design and deliver webinars, workshops and information formats, both online and on-site • Organize and moderate workshops, peer-exchange formats and best-practice sessions for bank advisors • Participate in bank and customer events and maintain an active presence within the partner network • Systematically capture requirements, ideas and feedback from conversations with advisors and pass them on to internal teams • Coordinate the technical and operational onboarding of new partner banks • Ensure new banks can start using our products actively within a short time • Establish clear points of contact and structures on the bank side to enable long-term cooperation • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Sales • Consolidate and prioritize requirements from bank partnerships • Provide structured feedback, market observations and improvement opportunities from bank conversations back into the company

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience at a bank, ideally in areas such as sales, advisory or relationship management • Experience working with banks as business partners or B2B customers • Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term customer or partner relationships • Good understanding of how banks operate internally and of typical decision-making and communication processes • Experience with fintech or SaaS products in the banking environment (nice-to-have) • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of lending products or SME banking (nice-to-have) • Experience onboarding and activating new partners or customers (nice-to-have) • Understanding of the cooperative banking structure, particularly Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken (nice-to-have) • Confident presence in meetings, workshops or presentations with partners and customers (nice-to-have) • Comfortable working with products and processes that are still evolving
