• Manage and convert a predominantly inbound-driven B2B pipeline from first contact through to a signed LOI • Qualify incoming leads from IPPs, independent asset owners and community energy cooperatives (10 MW+) and selectively leverage your existing network for additional opportunities • Maintain a structured CRM system and produce reliable forecasts • Clearly communicate the commercial value of our storage and direct marketing solutions based on existing business cases and performance assumptions • Work closely with internal technical and trading teams to ensure feasibility and alignment • Build and maintain long-term commercial customer relationships • Identify upselling and expansion opportunities across additional assets
• 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in renewable energy or energy-related infrastructure, with exposure to utility-scale PV and wind • Proven experience negotiating and closing complex commercial contracts • Solid understanding of the economics of renewable assets and relevant stakeholder structures • Structured, independent and performance-oriented working style • Fluent German (C1+) and strong English skills • Experience in direct marketing is a plus • Familiarity with battery storage or hybrid projects • Substantial experience in PV or wind environments (utility-scale preferred)
