• Support the 24-hour call center, handling roadside assistance incidents, technical information, and customer complaints. • Record, track, and manage incidents involving immobilized vehicles, ensuring proper service workflow. • Assist in dispatching tow service providers and dealers for on-route mechanical assistance. • Monitor service cases across Latin American countries, including vehicles in transit (ports, customs, and on-route failures). • Monitor SLAs and service levels for the call center, tow providers, and dealers, flagging deviations. • Analyze open incidents and support follow-up (SWAT) meetings to improve vehicle availability. • Prepare and update operational reports on stopped vehicles, recurring failures, and root causes. • Support monitoring of pre-series vehicles and new product launches. • Work collaboratively with internal areas such as After-Sales, Technical Assistance, Parts, Quality, and Export. • Provide support for VIP customers with immobilized vehicles. • Review and route complaints received via digital channels and social media. • Assist in analyzing satisfaction surveys and service performance indicators. • Monitor communications across omnichannel channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and chatbot). • Support controls and analyses of operational costs related to service and roadside assistance. • Support training for the dealer network on service and roadside assistance procedures.
• Experience supporting customers and the dealer network. • Experience with call centers, SLA monitoring, and operational processes. • Analytical profile, organized, and detail-oriented. • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. • Interest in working in a dynamic environment and a 24-hour operation. • Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus.
