📋 Description

• You identify relevant tenders on the market and assess their potential. • You analyze requirements (technical, commercial, legal) and structure the entire process — from the initial concept to final bid submission. • You coordinate the timely preparation of our documents — even within tight timeframes of just a few weeks. • You lead (small) projects related to tenders, procurement processes and process optimization in tender management. • You facilitate workshops and alignment meetings — ensuring that decisions are made and implemented. • You consolidate input from Sales, Accounting, Technical teams, Legal and the regional offices. • You ensure that our offers are technically sound, commercially sensible and formally correct. • You keep an eye on numbers and deadlines and ensure that risks and opportunities are transparent. • You are the direct point of contact for the Managing Director, City Marketing. • You prepare presentations, decision papers and analyses for internal committees, cities and international stakeholders. • You monitor developments in the market, among cities and within the group — e.g. on sustainability, digitalization and new business models — and derive recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree with an economic or administration-related focus (e.g. Business Administration, Business Law, Public Administration/Economics) or a comparable qualification. • You have already gained initial professional experience in a B2B environment, such as in a company, a consultancy, a public enterprise, or in the construction/infrastructure or service sector, and have ideally contributed to proposal preparation or worked on complex projects. • You ideally have knowledge of public procurement procedures or are willing to learn quickly. • You bring solid project management skills, ideally with certification (e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI or similar). • You present yourself confidently and have strong communication skills — both face-to-face and in writing you can engage and convince a wide range of stakeholders. • You work independently, in a structured way and with a strong focus on quality.
