📋 Description

• Own strategy, writing, creative direction, publishing, list management, analytics, and results for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and email • Manage the LinkedIn company page and founder's personal brand • Build a presence in quant, trading, and finance careers conversations on X, including daily posting and replying • Create Instagram short-form video and carousels for students and early-career candidates • Manage the entire email list, including lead magnets, opt-in flows, nurture sequences, broadcasts, segmentation, deliverability, and re-engagement • Develop landing pages and opt-in offers to grow the list • Optimize the path from first touch to booked admissions call and identify drop-off points • Run weekly tests across hooks, formats, subject lines, send times, and offers • Report weekly on results and changes • Manage contractors such as editors and designers after proving what is worth scaling • Drive growth in followers, subscribers, email engagement, booked admissions calls, applications, and enrolled students

🎯 Requirements

• Personally grown an audience or email list to real scale and can show the numbers • Excellent English writing skills for hooks, posts, threads, subject lines, and long-form emails • Hands-on experience with an email platform such as Kit/ConvertKit, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or HubSpot, building flows, segments, and automations • Fluency in funnel metrics including opt-in rate, open and click rate, reply rate, booked-call rate, show rate, CAC, and LTV • Ability to ship daily and iterate • Experience running more than one channel • Comfortable on camera or directing someone who is • Ability to learn quant finance well enough to write about it credibly • Ability to work a consistent daily block overlapping US Eastern hours and be responsive during it • Paid practical exercise involving a LinkedIn post, X thread, and email • Ready to share numbers from previous work and references • Nice to have: own account, newsletter, or audience growth from zero • Nice to have: genuine interest in markets, trading, or technical subjects • Nice to have: experience marketing education, coaching, or B2B offerings with a sales call • Nice to have: comfort using AI tools for research and drafting
