📋 Description

• Showcase WBS CODING SCHOOL’s course offering to prospective students • Provide tailored support regarding the application process, courses, and available funding options • Interact with potential students through all communication channels • Conduct interviews as part of the application process • Perform administrative tasks related to the future student journey • Identify and share observations about current developments, trends, bottlenecks, and best practices with the Admission team and other departments • Support prospective students from initial contact through contract signing • Advise applicants and contribute to successful candidate admissions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in admissions, sales, student recruitment or customer service is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are mandatory • Additional languages are a plus • Strong interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented organizational skills • Open-minded and solution-driven approach toward admission and student recruitment • Passion for the IT industry and new technologies • Experience with CRM tools is good to have • Extended knowledge of adult education and the tech industry is good to have
