📋 Description

• Showcase WBS CODING SCHOOL’s course offering to prospective students • Provide tailored support throughout the application process, including information about courses and available funding options • Engage with potential students through all communication channels • Conduct interviews as part of the application process • Perform administrative tasks related to the future student journey • Identify and share observations about trends, bottlenecks, best practices, and other developments with the Admission team and other departments • Serve as the primary contact for prospective students from initial contact through contract signing • Support successful admission of candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented organizational talent who keeps sight of the big picture • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are mandatory • Additional languages are a plus • Strong interpersonal skills and consideration of individual applicant needs • Open-minded and solution-driven approach to admission and student recruitment • Experience in admissions, sales, student recruitment, or customer service is a plus • Passion for the IT industry and new technologies • Experience with CRM tools is good to have • Extended knowledge of adult education and the tech industry is good to have
