📋 Description

• Analyze internal business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess them based on their benefits and implementation effort • Develop workflows with Microsoft Power Automate and n8n • Create custom scripts, tailored integrations, and custom nodes • Automatically create, file, send, and track documents • Automate standardized communication processes • Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365 applications, and other business systems via connectors, APIs, and webhooks • Structure data flows and interfaces with a focus on maintainability, error handling, and permissions • Coordinate architecture decisions and systems of record with internal system and process owners • Test automation solutions, account for exceptions, and configure error handling and monitoring • Maintain and continuously improve existing automations • Coordinate requirements with business units and IT • Document workflows clearly and support teams in using them • Evaluate the effectiveness of automations • Develop reusable components for additional use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in business process automation • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows, connectors, expressions, and error handling • Experience with n8n workflows, application integrations, data processing, and systematic error analysis • Solid knowledge of JavaScript or Python • Experience with code-based data transformations, custom business logic, and interface integrations • Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook • Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods • Initial hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph • Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and processing CRM data via Dataverse, connectors, or APIs • Understanding of data relationships, data quality, and systems of record (single source of truth) • Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable solutions • Strong commitment to quality in testing, documentation, access permissions, and the responsible handling of data • German language skills at least at C1 level, both written and spoken • Good English skills for technical documentation • Experience with Power Apps or PowerShell, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Graph, is an advantage • Experience developing custom n8n nodes is an advantage • Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or integrating AI services into workflows is an advantage • Experience with Power Automate Desktop is an advantage • Knowledge of version control and the controlled promotion of changes from test to production environments is an advantage • Experience with BPMN or comparable methods is an advantage
