📋 Description

• Instructional design of digital and scalable learning experiences • Design and create interactive learning materials • Improve the user experience (UX) of eLearning offerings • Generate content using AI tools for text, audio, image and video • Use AI tools in the instructional design process • Develop and revise learning materials with authoring tools • Collaborate with subject matter experts • Support the team in managing the learning management system • Design and implement digital learning experiences, human-centered design, copywriting and storytelling • Provide work samples for the selection process • Optionally participate in a cultural fit test and submit the result with your application

🎯 Requirements

• Completed education or training in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics • At least two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development • Experience using AI tools in the instructional design process and for content generation • Experience with authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Area9 • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator • Experience designing digital learning experiences • Experience with Human-Centered Design • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts • Experience in copywriting and storytelling • Independent and structured working style • High level of personal responsibility and strong teamwork skills • Work samples from Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development for the selection process • Strong interest in new eLearning trends is desirable • Experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, with image and video editing software, and in project management is desirable
