📋 Description

• Analyze business/functional requirements, actively contribute to their design, and critically evaluate them • Propose optimized and sustainable implementations in coordination with the CRM Solution Architect • Identify opportunities for generalization and develop maintainable, parameterizable concepts • Support integration into the overall system • Provide functional/business APIs • Identify architectural challenges early and escalate them to the Solution Architect • Maintain repositories and pipelines within Azure DevOps • Perform automated testing and debugging • Create technical documentation according to the arc42 standard • Actively participate in Scrum events and help shape the team’s technical evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in software development with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, ideally focused on Sales/Marketing • Proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL • Ability to develop maintainable and scalable code structures • Ability to abstract requirements and translate them into generalizable solutions • Communicate technical concepts clearly • Fluent communication in German and English (minimum C1+) • Residence in Germany or Austria • Willingness to prepare data for ETL pipelines, e.g., for RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) solutions, based on Microsoft standards
