📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight • You are enthusiastic about innovative concepts for individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer • In your role as trainer, the primary focus is on developing the participants' competencies • In your lesson design, you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a learning facilitator (Learning 4.0) • This includes subject-related instruction using adaptive, AI-supported teaching methods from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Providing targeted guidance and resources to help learners with their specific challenges • Adapting your coaching methods to the individual needs and learning progress of participants • Contributing to quality assurance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Practical experience as a trainer/lecturer in the field of financial accounting, including working with DATEV • Fundamentals of accounting • Posting business transactions • Year-end closing / annual financial statements • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO certification desirable)
