📋 Description

• Support participants during their qualification program • Provide support on technical questions in financial accounting, tax law and accounting • Conduct progress reviews and document learning progress • Identify support needs and develop appropriate solutions • Promote independent learning and effective learning organization • Support the use of digital learning media and learning platforms • Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders • Support individuals in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Solid knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Good knowledge of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss (P&L) and income-surplus accounting (EÜR) • Good knowledge of German tax law, particularly VAT, income tax and the Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung) • Proficient user skills in DATEV • Knowledge of cost and performance accounting (KLR) and basic controlling • Ideally experience as a trainer or instructor • Proof of pedagogical aptitude
