📋 Description

• Represent your subject area with passion and foresight • Enthusiasm for innovative concepts of individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer • Focus on developing the competencies of course participants • Design instruction as a content provider • Support learners in the role of a learning coach — Learning 4.0! • Subject-specific teaching using adaptive, AI-supported methods from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide targeted assistance and resources • Adapt your coaching methods to the individual needs and learning progress of participants • Participate in quality-assurance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational qualification with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Ideally practical experience as a trainer/lecturer (also in a professional context) in the areas of: financial accounting with DATEV, fundamentals of bookkeeping, posting business transactions, and annual financial statements • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO desirable) • Very good command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
