📋 Description

• Subject-specific instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D • Use of a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Direct participation in the implementation and further development of our "Praxiswerkstadt" • Enthusiasm for integrating adaptive learning concepts supported by AI • Participation in quality-assurance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a Verwaltungsfachangestellte (administrative specialist) or a higher qualification • Solid knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: public finance, administrative organization, and digital administration with a focus on AI and customer orientation • Proof of pedagogical aptitude is desirable • Very good command of German (C2 level) — the language of instruction
