📋 Description

• Represent the subject area with passion and vision • Aim to develop the competencies of course participants • Design lessons as a content provider and learning facilitator • Subject-related teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Prepare participants for the IHK examination for Office Management Clerks • Design and apply various teaching methods • Demonstrate methodological and didactic skill in delivering instructional content • Support and shape transformation processes • Conduct assessments of learning success • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk • At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience • Relevant practical experience as a trainer or vocational instructor, including exam preparation • Solid knowledge of the current curriculum for the Office Management Clerk occupation according to IHK guidelines • Knowledge of payment transactions, investment, financing, financial statements, operational HR, basics of payroll accounting, marketing planning, and sales • Communication and project management skills • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO) • Up-to-date, practical knowledge of Lexware (desirable)
