📋 Description

• As an instructor in the retraining program, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight • In your role as an instructor, the primary objective is the competency development of course participants • In your lesson design, you see yourself both as a content provider and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Preparing participants for the IHK examination for Office Management Clerks • Designing and applying a variety of teaching methods for course delivery • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying instructional content • Willingness to accompany and actively shape the transformation from input-oriented teaching to independent knowledge acquisition • Enthusiasm for concepts of practice-oriented knowledge transfer • Preparation and conducting of learning outcome assessments • Very good command of your teaching language German (C2 level)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement) with at least 5 years of verifiable professional experience • Relevant practical experience as a trainer or instructor, including exam preparation • Solid knowledge of the current vocational training content for Office Management Clerks according to IHK requirements in the following areas: payment transactions, investment, financing, and annual financial statements • Operational HR work • Basics of payroll accounting • Planning, executing and advising on marketing • Sales experience • Communication and project management competence • Occupational safety and environmental protection • Professional management • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO) • Current, practice-related knowledge of Lexware (desirable)
