📋 Description

• Teach practical, hands-on expertise in pricing policy and merchandise costing for retail • Design dynamic, action-oriented lessons • Instruct on pricing strategies, price setting, pricing instruments and legal fundamentals • Teach costing principles and methods, including forward calculation, backward calculation and differential calculation • Lead practical costing exercises and case studies • Support participants in understanding the relationship between pricing policy and merchandise costing • Develop participants' practical skills and prepare them for professional requirements in retail and sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, further training or a degree in retail, sales or business administration • Several years of professional experience in retail, wholesale or sales • Solid knowledge of pricing policy, merchandise costing and commercial law • Ideally, experience as a trainer, vocational instructor or lecturer in adult education • Enjoys conveying knowledge in a clear, practice-oriented way • Strong communication skills, a variety of teaching methods and digital competence
