It offers certificates, masterclasses, conferences and in-house training focused on quantitative finance, risk management and technology topics — including algorithmic trading, quantitative development, FRTB regulation, AI in finance, bank treasury and climate risk management — delivered online and in-person to finance professionals and institutions.

📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING AG, you represent your field with passion and foresight. • In your role as a trainer, the primary goal is the competency development of course participants. • In your course design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes: subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D; the use of various teaching methods for lesson design; direct collaboration in the implementation and further development of our "Praxiswerkstadt" (practical workshop); enthusiasm for integrating adaptive learning concepts with AI support; and participation in quality assurance measures.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational qualification in public administration (e.g., Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or a higher-level degree • Solid knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: public financial management, administrative organization, and digital administration with a focus on AI and customer orientation • Proof of pedagogical aptitude is desirable (e.g., teaching qualification)
