📋 Description

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across trade, hardware, automotive and industrial sectors • Identify and unlock new business opportunities within your region • Manage and grow existing accounts through structured planning and regular engagement • Deliver compelling, solution-led sales conversations that drive value for customers • Plan and manage your territory effectively, including customer visits and route planning • Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to track activity, insights and opportunities • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain and wider commercial teams • Represent WD-40 Company as a trusted partner and brand ambassador in your region

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, account management or a commercial customer-facing role • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Commercially curious with a proactive mindset • Self-motivated and organised • Experience within DIY, hardware, automotive, industrial or FMCG sectors is an advantage • Fluent Dutch and English
