📋 Description

• Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies for existing affiliate sites • Own on-page and off-page SEO work to drive revenue growth • Run content audits and apply intent mapping • Improve CTR, rankings, and SERP feature capture on high-value pages • Build and execute link-building strategies across multiple affiliate sites • Work with agencies, forums, and outreach partners to strengthen domain authority • Own keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure for new affiliate sites • Conduct market and competitor research • Coordinate with stakeholders to launch new sites from scratch • Assess the impact of Google algorithm updates • Diagnose traffic changes and implement recovery plans

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive SEO experience with hands-on expertise in on-page and off-page SEO • Track record of driving organic growth at scale • Fluent in German and English • Confidence operating with stakeholders in both German and English • Strong analytical thinking and prioritisation skills • Ability to support decisions with data • Proactive and self-motivated • Comfortable owning a workstream independently • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment • Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus
