📋 Description

• Overall management of territory pipeline • Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals • Oversee and maintain informational data for all assigned clients/prospects for individual territory book of business within Salesforce • Achieve 100% plus of revenue business goals by end of selling season to deliver target revenue for LRP of the new year • Manage overall travel & entertainment within territory’s allocated budget.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience in Employee Benefits, Asset Management or Benefits Consulting required • Previous experience working in a high growth financial industry preferred • Salesforce or other CRM tool skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or relevant professional experience preferred
