📋 Description

• Handle **inbound lead and discovery calls** generated from marketing campaigns; • Conduct **short (10–15 minute) sales conversations** to qualify and convert leads; • Clearly explain services using **scripts and structured messaging;** • Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help close deals; • Support **onboarding of new customers** after conversion; • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates; • Assist with ongoing communication and relationship management; • Maintain and update **CRM records and sales pipeline;** • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes; • Ensure data is accurate and organized; • Assist with **outreach and follow-up efforts;** • Support newsletters and communication when needed; • Contribute to improving and scaling the **sales process over time;**

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in **English and Spanish (spoken and written);** • Experience in **healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry;** • Strong **sales and communication skills**, especially on calls; • Experience with **lead qualification and closing conversations;** • Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations; • Proactive, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently; • Comfortable in a **fast-paced, growing environment;** • Background in **sales, lead generation, or customer onboarding;** • Experience using **CRM tools and managing pipelines;**
