📋 Description

• Support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records • Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management • Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and management information • Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and other key financial metrics • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Support budgeting and forecasting activities and track actual performance against financial plans • Work closely with internal teams to collect financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other finance-related activities, where applicable • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and applicable regulations • Support audit activities by preparing required financial documents and information • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and operational effectiveness • For senior professionals, provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial planning and business performance initiatives • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and business information

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum experience: 0+ years • Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance • Understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret financial data and identify meaningful insights • Good numerical and quantitative skills • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Understanding of cash flow, revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools is preferred • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA in Finance may be advantageous, depending on the level of the role • Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial management tools is a plus
