📋 Description

• Manage and process customer orders accurately through internal order management systems • Handle pharmacy-related orders, ensuring medicines and healthcare products are processed according to established procedures • Verify order details, product availability, quantities, customer information, and other relevant requirements • Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment • Monitor the complete order lifecycle from order placement to successful delivery • Track pending, delayed, cancelled, returned, or failed orders and take corrective action • Coordinate with pharmacists and relevant teams regarding prescription requirements, product substitutions, and medicine availability • Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, and customer issues • Address customer queries related to order status, availability, delivery timelines, replacements, and returns • Escalate order-related issues and ensure timely resolution • Monitor inventory availability to minimize cancellations caused by stock shortages • Ensure compliance with internal pharmacy processes, quality standards, and applicable operational guidelines • Generate and maintain reports related to order processing, fulfillment, pending orders, and operational performance • Identify recurring order-management issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in order management, pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare operations, or a similar role • Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Commerce, or a related field • Good understanding of medicines, healthcare products, and pharmacy order processes • Experience in order management, order processing, or pharmacy operations • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory coordination • Ability to understand and handle prescription-related requirements • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good coordination and follow-up skills across multiple teams • Proficiency in MS Excel, order management systems, or other operational tools • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
