• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding. • Source, assess, and hire candidates across diverse functions such as technology, operations, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and support roles. • Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, talent databases, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct thorough resume evaluations, telephonic screenings, and initial assessments to determine suitability. • Use ATS platforms to manage candidate data, track progress, update pipelines, and maintain compliance. • Collaborate closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and business priorities. • Maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, competitive hiring practices, and emerging talent pools. • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 1–4 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting. • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools. • Hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
