📋 Description
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system enhancements • Handle requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment support • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, vendors, and global technical teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in Workbrain/Kronos or Workforce Management systems • Strong experience in Workbrain/Kronos, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll integrations • Experience with requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment support • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Must-have skill: Workbrain • Good-to-have skills: Kronos, Scheduling
