📋 Description

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements • Present and explain Weekday AI’s offerings to potential customers • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience • Track and report progress on business development activities • Contribute to client growth, revenue generation, and expansion of Weekday AI’s market presence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work • Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage • Work from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM • Work 6 days per week
