📋 Description

• Prepare design presentations including concept layouts, mood boards, material palettes, 3D views and reference images • Attend client site visits, take measurements, understand requirements and budgets, and revise designs until written approval • Prepare design scope notes, including inclusions, exclusions and specifications • Develop space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, lighting designs and false ceiling designs • Prepare and issue GFC drawings for false ceilings, flooring/stone layouts, wall panelling, joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, electrical and plumbing layouts • Maintain the drawing register with revision control • Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, HVAC and fire consultants and resolve clashes • Select and specify materials, arrange samples and mock-ups for approval • Provide technical scopes and drawings to vendors, check shop drawings and verify delivered materials • Prepare design-stage BOQs, cost-impact notes, value-engineering options and variation logs • Visit sites, explain design intent and check executed work against GFC drawings and approved samples • Issue minutes of meetings within 24 hours and escalate design-related hindrances the same day • Prepare and close snag lists, compile handover files and attend final client walkthroughs

🎯 Requirements

• 11+ years of experience • Must-have skills: Interior Design, Space Planning, GFC Drawings • Good-to-have skills: AutoCAD, material selection, Site Execution
