📋 Description

• Own strong client relationships through timely communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, calls, requirements gathering, follow-ups, and delivery assurance • Independently manage ongoing client accounts and projects • Drive smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and execution across teams and stakeholders • Lead and manage Account Managers/Executives • Set direction, review work quality, coach client handling and execution, and ensure accountability across accounts • Identify and coordinate creative talent based on quality, fit, availability, timelines, and budget • Lead proposals, scopes, and project plans • Own pricing discussions, commercial decisions, and project solutioning • Track project progress and maintain account updates • Organize documentation across proposals, timelines, deliverables, and account updates • Ensure operational discipline across accounts • Take full ownership of accounts, client relationships, and team execution within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of agency experience in account management, client servicing, and project leadership • Currently operating as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager (GAM), Account Director, or equivalent • Proven experience running a team by coaching, delegating, and holding people accountable • Proven experience managing client relationships end-to-end, including at a senior/stakeholder level • Strong domain experience across design, video, and content/creative services • Excellent communication skills; confident, articulate, and comfortable representing the business in front of clients and leadership • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort handling multiple moving pieces • Strong commercial thinking across pricing, proposals, and project economics • Ownership mindset with ability to take initiative and drive things forward independently • Must-have skills: Manage Client Relationships, Client Services • Good-to-have skills: Key Account Management, Marketing Campaign Management, Team Handling
