📋 Description

• Ensure the secure development, implementation, and maintenance of existing and new business services and functions • Deploy and manage security IAM technologies and procedures across the enterprise • Work closely with Enterprise IT teams to secure access to WEX infrastructure and applications • Configure, automate, troubleshoot, and maintain identity access platforms and infrastructure • Install, implement, and configure security applications that monitor systems and infrastructures • Monitor systems for irregular behavior and establish preventive measures • Plan, develop, implement, and update the company’s information security strategy • Handle security business-critical tasks and security systems administration • Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot global security tools and services • Identify, define, and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management • Develop, execute, and track security measures protecting information, servers, and computer systems • Write guides, standards, and reports with findings, outcomes, and recommendations for security enhancements • Troubleshoot information security issues within a complex environment • Mentor other engineers technically and professionally • Participate in an on-call rotation that may include night and weekend shifts • Deliver projects and tasks within defined timelines with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Effective written and spoken English communication • Hands-on administrative and development experience with Identity Access platforms, including installation, configuration, and administration • Strong understanding of Identity Access Management, including governance, lifecycle, and compliance • Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Java • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Practical understanding of modern IT infrastructure, networking, and security engineering concepts • Ability to troubleshoot information security issues within a complex environment • 3+ years of experience engineering and implementing solutions meeting security, compliance, and business needs • Ability to deliver defined project and delivery timelines with minimal supervision • Ability to work in an on-call rotation, potentially including night and weekend shifts • Excellent written and verbal customer support skills • Familiarity with commonly used identity tools and platforms • Experience with OKTA, Auth0, Delinea PAM, CrowdStrike Identity Protection, AI-enabled IT access, process automation, or vulnerability remediation would be beneficial
