📋 Description

• Continuously evolve the specialized agents on the AIDA platform • Develop and maintain reusable skills integrated with corporate data sources • Implement Grounding and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mechanisms • Configure confidence thresholds and abstention mechanisms • Implement structural validations using JSON Schema • Implement security controls for LLMs, including protections against prompt injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, input/output guardrails, and least privilege • Support regression testing using Golden Datasets • Monitor model drift • Conduct adversarial testing (Red Teaming) • Work closely with the Tech Lead on the technical evolution of the solution and corporate integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production • Experience with agentic AI architectures • Advanced Python • API development • Integration with corporate systems • Experience with RAG, Grounding, Function Calling and Agent Orchestration • Knowledge of prompt injection, jailbreak, data poisoning and JSON Schema • Experience integrating LLMs with ITSM, CMDB, observability tools and knowledge bases • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen and Semantic Kernel is desirable • Observability applied to AI and ITSM/ITIL experience is desirable • Consultative, investigative and quality-oriented profile, focused on security, reliability and continuous evolution • Autonomy, systems thinking and the ability to operate in high-criticality corporate environments
