• Lead the deployment of global site content, from high-stakes product launches to seasonal promotional pulses • Partner with Growth and Retention Marketing to architect high-performing landing pages • Lead on-site A/B testing using data-backed insights • Establish the "Gold Standard" for site QA and automated workflows • Design and maintain workflows leveraging AI optimisations for campaigns • Monitor key metrics like CVR, AOV, and Bounce Rates to optimize campaigns
• Solid professional experience in large, systemised e-commerce operational environments, digital merchandising, or product management • Deep experience in global markets at mid-enterprise size (handling multiple currencies/regions) is highly preferred • Proven track record of driving measurable conversion growth through on-site optimisation • Strong technical literacy - HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, AI automation, and hands on experience utilising A/B testing tools.
