📋 Description

• Create and develop new business opportunities for pneumatic and electric application products • Actively engage with OEMs in the Munich area, especially within general industry sectors • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors to increase sales performance • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities • Motivate distributors and existing users to actively promote products

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is mandatory • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account sales within pneumatics, electric motion control, or industrial automation • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred) • Proven track record in sales, contract negotiation, and long-term customer relationship management • Strong technical understanding of pneumatic and electric application products • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks with OEMs and distributors
