📋 Description

• Bid Management: You identify, acquire and manage tenders from the initial needs assessment through to final submission. • Lead Management: You qualify leads, stay close to prospective customers and support them until they initiate the tender process. • Process Development: You professionalize the tender process, integrate AI tools and create structure, quality and speed. • Customer Management: You look after 2–3 existing customers, identify needs early and guide them through the bidding and decision process. • Network & Partners: You maintain existing partners, expand your network within the energy sector and generate tenders through your contacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Energy-sector expertise: You understand the structures of municipal utilities or energy providers and are familiar with their decision-making paths. • Tender experience: You have experience with tender/bid processes and are confident using tender platforms. • Structured & autonomous working style: You are organized, able to prioritize and drive topics forward independently. • Assertiveness: You persuade stakeholders internally and externally, keep them engaged in the process and actively motivate customers to issue tenders. • Communication & networking skills: You are outgoing, likeable, build trust quickly and ideally already bring contacts from the energy sector.
