Description
• Provide high-level tax advice and strategic planning to individuals and businesses. • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for clients. • Represent clients in tax audits, appeals, and other tax-related proceedings. • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients.
Requirements
• JD or LLM degree in Taxation. • Active CPA license. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a tax attorney, CPA, or tax strategist. • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with clients and other professionals. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
