• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research • Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy • Present strong talent for open positions • Consult with hiring managers in final selections
🎯 Requirements
• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement • Strong time prioritization skills • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills and experience working in an applicant tracking system
