📋 Description

• Act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate. • Combine recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver talent for clients’ recruiting needs. • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hire. • Oversee candidate selection, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews, and gather client and candidate feedback. • Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and ongoing bench management. • Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates. • Present talent for open positions and overcome hiring-process objections. • Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes. • Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction. • Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals. • Update applicant-tracking-system data, reports, and related administrative records.

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline-driven recruiting environment. • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes. • Ability to confidently communicate the recruiting pipeline to others. • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement. • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship. • Strong time prioritization skills, flexibility, and adaptability when directions and priorities shift. • Active participation on the recruiting team and contribution to open collaboration. • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system, and a strong social media presence.
