• Own and grow a high-quality partnership pipeline • Identify and prioritize target partners • Run structured discovery to deeply understand partner use cases • Qualify opportunities and manage them through the sales funnel • Develop a deep understanding of UR’s product stack • Translate partner requirements into concrete solution designs • Prepare clear diagrams and documentation • Build business cases and ROI narratives tailored to each partner • Structure and negotiate commercial terms • Own the final mile of the deal • Ensure smooth handover from "closed won" into implementation • Collaborate on market intelligence and partner feedback
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B BD / sales / partnerships • Experience in Fintech / payments / neobanks • Experience in Developer tooling / APIs / infrastructure • Experience in Crypto/web3 infra • Demonstrated track record of closing deals with tech companies and startups • Exposure to pre-sales / solution consulting • Experience working with or selling to web3 companies • Background in early-stage startups or as an early employee • Hands-on familiarity with banking, payments or card schemes
