📋 Description

• Drive complex, cross-functional projects and processes from scope to execution with limited guidance, managing priorities, milestones, and resource requirements. • Solve complex project-specific problems that have multiple potential solutions by identifying roadblocks, addressing inefficiencies, and building new processes to minimize future issues. • Design and implement project cadences and reporting frameworks to deliver effective operational rigor, ensuring progress is tracked against key business objectives. • Synthesize findings from quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable insights that move projects forward, and communicate these recommendations in a structured manner to senior stakeholders. • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders to align resources, influence strategic direction, and integrate activities across adjacent workstreams. • Champion process improvement and innovation by evaluating existing approaches and scaling effective solutions across the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or equivalent roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA a bonus) or equivalent practical experience • Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous situations with clear insights and exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop hypotheses, navigate data quality limitations, and drive decisions based on metrics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and champion outcomes. • Commitment to fostering a welcoming environment, collaborating effectively, and developing trusted relationships across the organization.
