⢠Conduct the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure ⢠Build and maintain strong client relationships with international prospects ⢠Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers ⢠Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation efforts ⢠Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue ⢠Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and report on pipeline progress ⢠Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results. ⢠Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report. ⢠Conduct general administration tasks. ⢠Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact. ⢠Ad hoc tasks
⢠2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred) ⢠Experience working with US or Australian clients ⢠Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills ⢠Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce ⢠Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas ⢠Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level) ⢠Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills ⢠Solid organizational and time management skills ⢠Strong interpersonal skills ⢠Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP ⢠Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) ⢠Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) ⢠Proactive & confident with keen attention to detail ⢠Able to work on a graveyard shift
